1. Chassis & Body Structure

This main city fire fighting vehicle is refitted on Germany MAN TGM18.320 heavy-duty fire chassis, with overall dimensions 8270×2520×3480mm and total loaded mass of 16700kg. Compact body design enables flexible driving in narrow urban lanes, old communities and industrial parks, serving as the standard main fire fighting unit for urban fire brigades.

The compartment adopts advanced integrated aluminum alloy forming technology without skeleton or welding, ensuring 15 years of rust-free and deformation-free service. Finished in standard fire red with silver decorative edges, it is equipped with 8 groups of lightweight waterproof aluminum rolling shutter doors on both sides. Modular brackets, rotating trays and storage boxes inside maximize equipment storage capacity. Large outdoor LED liquid level displays are installed on both sides of the tank to real-time show residual volume of water, Class A and Class B foam liquid.

Integrated anti-corrosion separated tanks with full load capacity:
